We are hiring a dynamic chocolate Shop Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and delivers stellar customer experiences based on company standards. We are looking for someone adaptable, coachable, and positive.
As a Team Lead, you will:
– Lead by example and create a positive, motivating impact on the team.
– Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and product care, including ice cream machine maintenance.
– Be responsible for opening and closing procedures.
– Act as a trusted key holder and support daily store operations.
– Ensure service quality and brand standards are consistently upheld.

– Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
– Ability to work well in a team environment and positively influence others.
– Maintain the company’s renowned “Magical Experience”.
– Ensure quality, hygiene, maintenance, and health & safety standards are followed.
– Strong English communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
– Previous retail sales experience preferred.
– Product demonstration skills.
– Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
– Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Schedule
25-35 hours/week.
Must be available for closing shifts (10:30 pm-11:00 pm) and weekends. Flexible scheduling possible.
