ASCEND is a free, innovative online program developed by Canadian professionals and employers to support newcomers in their job search and workplace integration in Canada.
The next cohort runs from May 11 to June 26, 2026. The program is open to permanent residents (or those approved in principle), their spouses, and Convention refugees. It includes 7 interactive modules (approximately 25 hours total) that can be completed at your own pace, combining self-directed learning, practical exercises, and group activities.
ASCEND helps participants understand Canadian workplace culture, strengthen their personal brand, improve interview skills, and successfully integrate into their new work environment.
