Are you passionate about customer service, travel, and creating memorable experiences? Air Canada Rouge is looking for enthusiastic Flight Attendants to join its Vancouver-based cabin crew team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, you will help ensure every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and welcoming journey. Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting passengers throughout the flight.
  • Ensuring all safety procedures are followed before, during, and after each flight.
  • Delivering onboard announcements and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Serving meals, snacks, beverages, and onboard retail products.
  • Assisting passengers with seating, carry-on luggage, and in-flight needs.
  • Supporting passengers with the in-flight entertainment system.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable cabin environment.
  • Responding confidently to onboard emergencies and administering first aid when required.
  • Completing safety and service reports following each flight.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a high school diploma.
  • Possess a valid Canadian passport with no travel restrictions.
  • Live within 90 minutes of Vancouver International Airport or be willing to relocate.
  • Be eligible to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.
  • Have reliable internet access to receive schedules and company communications.
  • Be able to work comfortably in a pressurized cabin environment.
  • Meet Air Canada Rouge’s medical standards, including successfully completing a medical assessment with drug and alcohol screening.
  • Successfully complete the six-week full-time Flight Attendant Initial Technical Training Program in Vancouver.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:

French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, or Thai.

Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and French.
