As we prepare to open, we are building an opening team that will help establish the systems,
culture, and guest experience of the restaurant from day one.

THE ROLE
Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items according to restaurant standards while
maintaining organization, consistency, and speed during service.
This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a structured kitchen
environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
● Maintain station organization and mise en place
● Support prep production and service execution
● Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
● Maintain quality and consistency during service
● Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates
● Assist with cleaning and closing duties
● Support kitchen workflow during high-volume periods
REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ year of professional kitchen experience preferred
● Food Safe certification
● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Strong work ethic and reliability
● Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
