Join an information workshop organized by Emploi CB and presented in French by Rana Mikkawi, advisor at RBC.
This workshop will help participants better understand the different types of fraud, scams, and cyber fraud that increasingly affect people in their daily lives, including during the job search process.
During this presentation, participants will learn:
- how to recognize common warning signs of fraud;
- the methods frequently used by scammers;
- practical tips to protect personal and financial information;
- useful tools and strategies to improve digital and financial security.
The workshop will take place at our Surrey Supercentre and will also be available online.
The presentation will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a Q&A session until noon.
Slides will be presented in English, while the presentation and discussions will be conducted entirely in French.
This workshop is offered in a community setting to help raise awareness and provide participants with practical resources to better protect themselves against fraud and cyber threats.
